T.O.W.N. stands for Take Off Weight Naturally, and that's exactly what we do.
TOWN Clubs encourage weight loss by promotion of a nutritionally balanced lifestyle, giving support, encouragement and practical advice on how to lose weight and how to keep it off, by following our philosophy to "take off weight naturally". TOWN Clubs are not-for-profit and can provide low-cost support for those people aiming to lose weight.
